I used to use Endust years ago, and loved it. It had a regular spray nozzle back then. Miss the product and am glad to have found it again, but not happy with the thought of messing with a different spray cap.
Packaging: Horrid Plastics
As a person involved with consumer products, packaging, and marketing; I am surprised to see such an under-developed product such as this. The twist-lock only functions if you pull up on the white section before twisting, but if you pull up you pull the entire cap assembly (both white and blue sections) off the can. The blue section is poorly designed, not only is it too large in diameter the tabs to keep it on the can are far too small to secure it to the can.
An ordinary spray nozzle would be far better than this contraption.
I have a problem with the can the lid keeps falling off. I clean an office and I really like this product, and it is a little expensive to buy. How can we resolve this matter? Thank you in advance. Mrs Emily Kruzynski 170 Ash St. Floral Park NY 11001
Spray can: Awful
It's not worth spending the money only to get three uses before the cheap spray cap pops off and can't be replaced. With so many complaints and nothing being done to resolve this issue, it speaks volumes about the company's interest in customer satisfaction.
I wish that our local Walmart store in Groton, CTwould carry this again, and the super Walmart in Waterford, CT. I ABSOLUTELY HATE HAVING TO ORDER THIS ON LINE to pick it up in the store. True value is a bit more expensive, and they are the only ones who carry it in their stores now
